Heart to Hands is looking for people to spread the word about becoming a surrogate. If you know someone, a friend, a family member, or even a coworker, who might be curious about surrogacy, we would love for you to share this with them.

Spread the joy of surrogacy

As a mom, you know how special it is to grow and nurture a family. Sharing that opportunity with someone else is one of the simplest ways to help another family experience the joy of parenthood. It could be someone in your circle who is curious, or someone who is passionate about helping families grow.

How it works

Refer someone amazing. Talk to the people you know about surrogacy and share your referral link with them.
Make sure they mention your name. They should give your name during intake so you get the credit.
Get rewarded. You receive $500 once they complete intake, and another $2,000 when they sign with their match.

Referral program rules

Surrogates who have started or completed the intake process with Heart to Hands are not eligible as a referral candidate
Surrogates cannot refer the person who referred them
Self-referrals are not eligible
Referral fees are sent within 30 days of each milestone being reached

Who can be referred?

To begin intake with Heart to Hands, a referral should meet these basic requirements:

Healthy physically and mentally, and willing to undergo thorough screening
Between 21 and 42 years of age
Has a body mass index (BMI) of 32 or below
No use of tobacco or illegal drugs, and no alcohol misuse
No use of antidepressants within the last 6 to 12 months
Has given birth to, and is parenting, a healthy child
No more than 3 previous cesarean births
Not currently receiving government assistance
Lives in a surrogacy-friendly state (we are not able to work with surrogates in Louisiana or New York, or with anyone living outside the United States)
