Our heart
Heart to Hands was built on a simple belief: that surrogacy should be safe, honest, and full of heart for everyone involved. Our team brings more than fifteen years of experience walking alongside surrogates and intended parents, and that care is the center of everything we do.
As a full-service agency, we are with you from the very first conversation to the moment a baby is placed in a family’s arms, and often long after. We handle the matching, and we guide you to trusted attorneys and clinics, so that each step is clear and well cared for.

Owner
Dawn brings her own experience with infertility and more than twenty years in the legal field to surrogacy. A member of ASRM and SEEDS, she is committed to a transparent, caring experience for parents and surrogates alike.
Adrienne Black
Chief Executive Officer
Fifteen years in surrogacy, and still the first voice most intended parents hear. Adrienne is a 4x surrogate, serves on the board of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS), and leads with a people-first approach.
Melissa Collins
Senior Intended Parent Case Manager
Sixteen years in healthcare and a firm belief in the many ways to build a family. Melissa guides intended parents with warmth and a sharp eye for detail.

By day Raechel supports women through surrogacy and helps build families; by night you will find her tending a small hobby farm, digging in the garden, hiking, or baking. She is an avid reader, usually homesick for worlds that do not exist, or deep in a true crime story.
