What you could earn

You set your own base within the range, and we help you decide what is right for your experience.

First-time surrogate

$60,000 – $75,000+

Experienced surrogate

$70,000 – $100,000+

  • Legal signing bonus: $3,000
  • Monthly stipend: $300 per month
  • Medication and transfer fees: $1,500 and up
  • Maternity clothes allowance: $1,200

Do you qualify?

Every situation is a little different, and the quickest way to know is simply to ask. As a general guide, surrogates we work with usually:

  • Are in good physical and mental health and open to thorough screening
  • Are between 21 and 42 years old
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) of 32 or below
  • Have given birth and are currently raising a child of their own
  • Have a stable, supportive home with family or friends behind them
  • Do not smoke or misuse alcohol or other substances
  • Have not taken antidepressants in the past several months
  • Have had no more than three prior cesarean deliveries
  • Are not currently receiving government assistance
  • Live in a surrogacy-supportive U.S. state (we are not able to work with surrogates in New York or Louisiana, or with anyone living outside the United States)
